Every Monday, we meet in Year 5 to play Dungeons & Dragons. All of the members have created a character and are role-playing their way through our starter adventure: Dragons of Stormwreck Isle! We have explored caves, caverns and temples and battled zombies, fire snakes and armoured birds! We have enjoyed casting spells and wielding battleaxes and exploring the features of playing as a noble paladin, a devoted cleric or a cunning thief.

Playing role-playing games builds imagination, enhances speaking and listening skills, drives the acquisition of vocabulary and definitely helps with collaboration and team-building!
