World Bee Day

We have been learning about bees whilst celebrating National Bee day. The children made honey sandwiches for our snack, they were delicious! We have practised our fine motor skills by threading different bee pictures. Lots of fun to be had whilst playing with the bee bots, great listening skills too. 
The children have been learning how to move in a figure of eight, finding out that bees use this movement to communicate with each other. We have also been making our own bees, painting pebbles from the garden.
