Phonics CAFE with Reception Families

On 24th September 2024 we hosted a phonics CAFE for our reception families. Parents and carers joined their child in class for a phonics session with teacher Miss Wratten, followed by a talk with EYFS Lead Mr. Garlinge. The session and talk provided parents with the opportunity to understand our approach to teaching phonics in school and how they can best support their child with reading at home.
