The children have been enquiring about river environments. We decided to use tuff spot trays and guttering to build river water ways. The children enjoyed working out how to make the toy boats travel down the water ways.

We also made a river from weaved cold coloured papers (water weaving). The children had to concentrate hard and persevere with this tricky challenges to weave the papers accurately. The  results were brilliant!
