Making Milkshake

We have made a new class story based on the story structure from 'The Little Red Hen'. The children chose a main character - the large black and white cow. They then decided the cow wanted to make milkshake instead of bread. First the cow went to buy the ingredients. Next she chopped the fruit. After that, she blend the ingredients with an electric whisk. She then poured the milkshake into cups before finally drinking it.

The children then took part in making milkshake to help learn the sequence of making the milkshake which, in turn, has supported their story telling. Well done Wren Class.

Some of the words to describe the milkshake included.... "Yummy, creamy, sweet, banana like, bubbly and yucky!
